Our Shipping Policy
1. Delivery of prepared food is only possible within a 5 KM radius from the restaurant. No extra transport fees charged for groceries purchased with food orders.
2. We do not deliver perishable goods, such as Rice, Frozen Foods, and Vegetables beyond the specific zones within Helsinki, Vantaa and Espoo areas.
3. Packaged orders are delivered within 3 business days to the Matkahuolto service point located nearest to the recipient.
4. Online orders are processed upon receipt of proof of payment.
5. Payments are made only through the MobilePay application.
